Aluminium chainsaw wedge

The STIHL aluminium chainsaw wedge is a reliable aid for professional logging. Consisting of an aluminium tip, a wooden insert and a ring, this forged chainsaw wedge helps you to drop the tree to be felled in your preferred direction or cut logs without creating chippings. The wooden insert increases the effectiveness of the aluminium chainsaw wedge and therefore also the spreading and splitting effect. The aluminium tip causes much less damage if it comes into contact with the chain than it would if it were steel. The chainsaw wedge comes complete with wood and ring and weighs 980 g.
